Returns

We accept returns within one week after you have received the item. Please send an email to hello@bywells.com with your order number and ‘RETURN’ in the subject line to give us a heads up that your return is on the way; it would be incredible if you added the tracking number to the email as well. Unfortunately, if the product arrives in poor condition (ex. stains, signs of wear, rips) we cannot offer you a refund. Original tag must be attached to the unworn item upon receiving the return on our end. We will not refund you until we have your return in our possession. We have a 10% restocking fee.

If you’re returning because of sizing issues let us know. We would be happy to help figure out what size would work for you. Email hello@bywells.com with your order number and ‘NEW SIZE’ in the subject line.  

All sale items and vintage are final sale.

Shipping

Items will ship within 2-6 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. All orders are packed and shipped by us during the work week. We will send you the tracking number with the order confirmation email.

All domestic orders are shipped UPS ground. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package was never mailed reach out to us and we will happily resend you the tracking number.

International Customers: Please contact us about ordering and shipping - email hello@bywells.com with ‘INTERNATIONAL’ in the subject line. Wells is not responsible for any taxes or import duties that may come up, or for any delays they may cause. For any customs fee questions, etc. please contact your post office or customs office. Unfortunately there's very little we can do on our end to help but hope that your package arrives issue free!
